This is an interesting little book full of interesting facts about tea. It had never occurred to me to add my own ingredients to tea to produce the different flavours I had always bought the pre packaged type before.

There are 9 different recipes that all look great, however, I have only tried 3 to date. The one I particularly like is the "Winter Special-Cold and Flu Tea". The combination of flavours are very appealing and am sure will help to relieve a cold when I next get one.
